What it is:

Most of the first time customers of Cambist choosing to utilize Cash Deposit or Bank Wire feature will need to be prepared to provide us with home address, full name and home phone number (no answering service numbers or cell phone numbers). We will need this information for a quick one-time verification procedure in which we match this information with public records and call your residence. Once you are verified your future orders will be processed without delay for verification. We have implemented this policy to help us fight various fraud attempts. This policy helped us to achieve a zero fraud rate over the last two years.

Please fill out the verification form. Any information you submit is held in the strictest of confidence and is not given out to any third party, and is used by Cambist for internal security and verification purposes only.

• Do not give us your business information (address, phone numbers, etc.)
• Do not give us cellphone numbers.
• Do not give us P.O. Box address
